The second-generation pure electric vehicle model, the Xinyuan E3 series, is built on the "KeE" platform and equipped with CATL's lithium iron phosphate battery. With a CLTC range of up to 263km, the front-end design is distinctive, and the interior configuration balances comfort. Currently, the Xinyuan E3 series mainly consists of the Xinyuan E3 and Xinyuan E3L.
On the side of the body, the Xinyuan E3/Xinyuan E3L are straight and level, ensuring a square cargo box; at the rear, the Xinyuan E3/Xinyuan E3L have a simple and square design, with vertical strip-shaped taillights paired with a black tailgate handle, giving a clean appearance and fitting the practical characteristics of commercial vehicles. Inside the vehicle, the Xinyuan E3/Xinyuan E3L give a sense of understanding user needs, with convenient and comfortable design that fits the usage scenario. On the one hand, the Xinyuan E3/Xinyuan E3L are equipped with a multi-function steering wheel, a full LCD instrument with reverse camera, and electrically adjustable rearview mirrors, making driving more convenient; on the other hand, the Xinyuan E3/Xinyuan E3L have a passenger operation platform, and are pre-equipped with two air vent phone holders and one head-up display holder, allowing users to grab orders and navigate at the same time without any inconvenience. In addition, the Xinyuan E3/Xinyuan E3L are the first in the industry to feature fully integrated seats, with wide seats connected together, allowing users to sit or lie down, catering to rest needs during work breaks. Furthermore, depending on the model, the Xinyuan E3/Xinyuan E3L also offers configurations such as tire pressure monitoring, one-touch start, and wireless phone charging to meet higher user demands. As a logistics vehicle, load capacity is crucial.

Taking the Xinyuan E3L tested this time as an example, the vehicle's length, width, and height are 4900×1780×1990mm, and the length, width, and height of the cargo box are 3145×1620×1375mm. With a square cargo box shape and a long cargo box of 3145mm, it creates a cargo volume of 7m³. During the on-site loading experience, after the Xinyuan E3L loaded 70 square boxes of 50×40×40mm, there was still space for another mattress, demonstrating its good loading capacity. It is worth noting that, considering the convenience of loading and unloading, the Xinyuan E3L is equipped with a side sliding door on the passenger side. The effective opening size of the side sliding door can reach 870mm, creating an effective opening area of 1.275㎡, greatly facilitating loading and unloading. Additionally, the tailgate design of the Xinyuan E3L is also user-friendly. Its tailgate adopts a 5:5 split design, with a maximum opening angle of 270°, creating a tailgate opening area of 1.788㎡, capable of accommodating forklifts for loading and unloading.


Furthermore, the cargo box of the Xinyuan E3L is equipped with configurations such as a cargo box ceiling hook, a cargo box floor hook, a concealed cargo box light, and a 220V external power supply, further enhancing practicality and convenience. In terms of power, the Xinyuan E3/Xinyuan E3L, as logistics vehicles, prioritize practicality over performance. They are equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 60kW and a peak torque of 220N·m, providing sufficient power for daily cargo transportation needs. The Xinyuan E3L adopts a front McPherson independent suspension and a rear longitudinal leaf spring suspension, which not only ensures ride comfort but also meets cargo loading requirements. The front McPherson independent suspension effectively filters road vibrations, enhancing driving comfort; the rear longitudinal leaf spring suspension provides an effective cargo capacity of over 1.4T for the vehicle. In terms of range, the Xinyuan E3L is equipped with a 41.86 Kwh lithium iron phosphate battery provided by CATL, with a CLTC range of up to 263km, basically meeting the needs of urban distribution for a day. Regarding charging, the Xinyuan E3L offers both fast and slow charging modes. In fast charging mode, the battery can be charged from 20% to 80% in just 0.65 hours, while in slow charging mode, it takes 5 hours.
